Great experience. Dropped my truck off late Wednesday evening with a transfer case module issue. Tom was very professional and told me they would look at it first thing Thursday morning. He called me around 10am the next morning stating that they were able to reprogram the module and pick up was a breeze. Thanks Tom and thanks to the rest of the Stanley Chevrolet service dept for a quick fix!

I never had any issues with my vehicle until I brought it to Stanley. Within two weeks of paying over $800 for a full tune up, oil change, headlight harness, etc. my vehicle started having engine and oil issues. When I brought it back to Stanley, they said it was a sensor, and it would be done the next day. Come to find out, it wasn’t just a sensor. GM covered the cost of repairs with my warranty, but I had just paid over $800 for all this work and was basically told it wasn’t their issue. I don’t think I will ever buy another GM product.

The only issue I had was that it took all day to perform a 45000 mile service. This was scheduled through the Chevrolet app for 8:30 am and that is when I had the truck there. Didn’t get it back till around 5:00 pm

When I called I was told to expect 45min to an hour for an oil change. After waiting 1 and 1/2 hours I walked up to the desk and asked if my car would be done soon. I was told they are finishing up now. They told me they had trouble getting the lug nuts off of a different car. There were only 2 people at the desk and one of them was a trainee. Seems they were understaffed for a Saturday morning. I will think twice before I go back for an oil change.

Was told the battery was the issue, got our vehicle back and same issues were going on. Then had to wait another 5 days to know the issue after spending almost 500. Don't lie and tell me it's the battery, I buy a new one and then I pay to lyft to get there and nothing has changed. Out of a battery and still no car and was bumped to the back after your mistake. Never again.

Brought my 2019 Chevy Impala in for a A/C recharge I was told $350 which was fine but then they come back and say the compressor wasn't kicking on and they were gonna diagnose it so wasn't gonna be $350 but $140 I was ok with that. Needless to say I probably won't be back to Stanley Cheverolet. I will go to another Cheverolet dealer who can communicate better.

This was my 2nd service visit in less than a year. After a less than stellar 1st visit, with some of the errors resolved I might add, I decided to give Stanley another chance. I was even proactive and sent a text asking the advisor to ensure my tire pressure was accurate and the change oil reminder was reset. A big fail, again. I called and left a vm for the advisor to call me. 24 hours+ had passed and still no return call so I called him. I heard "reasons" after the first service and heard "reasons" again after the 2nd visit. The advisor told me how he's turned this department around over the last 18 months. Perhaps all the errors were saved for the days I visited. I won't be back for a 3rd time. You've lost a customer for life, Stanley.

People were polite, friendly, etc. However, I brought my 2023 Silverado ZR2 in for a recall on the 6.2L engine. I was told it was checked out and the tech listened to the engine for any sounds. Ok. Fine. But later that day after I picked it up, I too took a close listen to it and couldn’t hear anything because an idler pulley was squeaking so loud. I’m frustrated that this wasn’t fixed or even mentioned. It is also under warranty.

*Update* Mr. O'Connor, the General Manager. Reached out via a Google Review and email asking for more clarification. I responded to his email and called with a vm. Several days later I responded via email again. He never responded to me. This shows the leadership that the dealership is dealing with. My 1st experience with Stanley Chevrolet. I had my 1st oil change on my new Tahoe. I was shocked that they didn't include a car wash with it. When I came back to pick it up he couldn't find the keys. We eventually found them inside of the vehicle that was parked on the side with the windows down! It seems like once the sale is complete they don't care about you. Not what I expected with a $90,000 vehicle purchase.

Was told my caliper was leaking brake fluid from hose, went home and cleaned vehicle. Drove around for 35 miles and confirmed no brake fluid was leaking from hose or anywhere. Asked dealership to reset obd codes for my truck to go out of limp mode dealer refused to. While driving around truck fixed itself. I would never recommend anyone to go to Stanley Chevrolet

Zach was great, and please let me emphasize that Zach is amazing first and foremost. However, his team could use some improvement throughout the intake process. I truly believe he has phenomenal technicians, but when you drop your truck off, take the time to write down a detailed list of your needs, and then arrive to find that those items were not completed or even transposed correctly, it is a bit upsetting. Additionally, I am not sure why there was a $40 material charge for a key cutting when I brought the key myself. It felt like typical dealership inflation. This is why you always keep a regular mechanic you trust and only take your vehicle to the dealership for the most difficult tasks. They did complete the difficult work, but added another 30 percent in fees simply from not listening.

I had an issue with some noise in my breaks on my 22 certified canyon. I traveled from Greenfield to this location, because Dellen GMC in Greenfield, acknowledged the problem but denied the repair for warranty repairs? I brought the truck into Stanley for a 2nd opinion and evaluation. Zack/Service manager dealt with the problem immediately and replaced the parts under warranty the same day.
