WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN CONTACTING THE Stanley Chevrolet, Inc. CUSTOMER CARE CENTER?

When you call us, you won’t get a salesperson! In fact, no one in our department is a commissioned salesperson. Instead, we are a team of Internet Coordinators who handle customer emails and phone calls to our store. Our goal is to provide customers all the necessary information and arrange a convenient appointment time in order to make the buying process quick, easy, and enjoyable.

If you contact our department, you will work directly with one of our customer care consultants. They will help you with any questions regarding vehicle information, pictures, rebates, incentives, and market price comparisons. Your Internet Coordinator will assist you throughout the research process and will make sure you are prepared before ever stepping foot into our showroom.

When you are ready to see a Vehicle, your Customer Care Consultant will help setup an Appointment and assign a Certified Associate to prepare for your arrival. They Will have the Vehicle ready to view and test drive.

All this is done so that your Buying experience is one that will be easy, enjoyable and done in a manner to get you on your way in your New/Pre-owned Vehicle as quickly as possible.
